As part of our continued effort to increase critical thinking awareness amongst students especially in secondary schools, the Critical Thinking Education Initiative wants to kickstart the second phase of the distribution of free copies of Critical Thinking for Secondary Schools to more students.
Recently, a student who attends our pilot school, Government Secondary School, Ado met me at the office and told me all his friends have a copy of my book, but he doesn’t have that he wanted one.
I was moved with excitement and sadness at the same time, seeing the impact our work is making and at the same time the paucity of funds to make critical thinking materials available to students.
This July, 2026, we have targeted 5 schools, 10 students per school in Karu LGA, Nasarawa State.
They include;
1. Government Secondary School, Masaka
2. Government Secondary School, Ado
3. Government Secondary School, Luvu
4. Government Day Secondary School, Aso Pada
5. Government Secondary School, Mararaba Gurku
The printing cost per book is #3,000. You can support us with as many copies as you can.
We want to appreciate Humanist Mutual Aid Network, Kato Mukasa and Ovoke Ikechukwu Obasi, The Reflective Human, for their support for the first phase as we solicit for more support to kickstart the next phase.
Donate to support us. Thank you
